His ability to explain complex techniques in a clear and engaging way helped introduce countless viewers to the technical side of the sport.
His expertise has also been featured in interviews, podcasts and business publications, where he has shared insights into coaching, leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing and the lessons martial arts can teach both inside and outside the gym.

While continuing to compete professionally, Elvis began coaching martial arts in 2000, sharing his knowledge and experience with students ranging from complete beginners to aspiring competitors.
Teaching quickly became a passion alongside competition, with a strong focus on technical development, discipline and helping students achieve their own goals through martial arts.
2002 – Opening Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts
In 2002, Elvis co-founded Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts, creating a full-time academy dedicated to high-quality martial arts instruction.
The academy became recognised for its welcoming culture, experienced coaching and commitment to developing students of all ages and experience levels across Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts and striking disciplines.
Over the following decades, thousands of students would begin their martial arts journey through the academy.
