Our Story

Sydney Hot Yoga was created to provide a welcoming space where people could improve their physical and mental wellbeing through the benefits of Hot Yoga.

Sydney Hot Yoga started as just Sydney Yoga in Concord. We had normal Yoga classes that catered to the Yoga enthusiast as well as the Martial Artis cross-training for the health and fitness benefits of Yoga. We just did our Yoga classes on the regular martial arts mats.

When we moved to Moorebank we had a dedicated Yoga room that allowed us to customise our Yoga training. Because we saw the benefits of heat as a therapy it made sense to combine it with Yoga for Hot Yoga classes. Find out more about the benefits of Hot Yoga on our Hot Yoga information page.

Located inside Kings Academy in Moorebank, Sydney Hot Yoga complements our long-standing commitment to helping people become healthier, stronger and more confident.

Our goal has always been simple: create a studio where beginners feel comfortable, experienced practitioners continue to grow and every class leaves students feeling better than when they arrived.

Our Philosophy

We believe yoga should be accessible to everyone.

You don't need to be flexible.

You don't need previous experience.

You don't need to be "good at yoga."

You simply need the willingness to begin.

Our instructors focus on helping every student move safely, breathe deeply and develop lasting habits that improve health, mobility and overall wellbeing..

Wellness Beyond The Mat

At Sydney Hot Yoga, we believe wellbeing extends beyond the time spent in the studio. Hot Yoga is not just about improving flexibility or physical strength—it is about creating positive habits that support a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Through regular practice, students can develop greater body awareness, improved mobility, better breathing habits and a stronger connection between the mind and body. Many people use Hot Yoga as a way to slow down, reduce daily stress and create valuable time for themselves in an increasingly busy world.

Whether you are balancing work, family, training or everyday responsibilities, taking time for your wellbeing can have a positive impact on how you feel and perform each day.

Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone—from complete beginners to experienced practitioners—can develop healthier routines, build confidence and enjoy the benefits of movement, mindfulness and community both inside and outside the studio.
